Angel is one of the busiest areas in North London and has a ton of things to see and do. Chapel Market provides a wide range of independent stalls and street food to enjoy six days a week while the Angel Shopping centre has all your favourite shops and even a Vue Cinema housed within. On top of that, Balham is also home to some of the best green spaces to take a walk in London with a host of great parks tucked behind the sleepy suburb houses.

From Old MacDonald’s Farm & Fun Park to the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, there are plenty of places to meet friendly animals while Weald and Thorndon Country Park are home to great trails to walk and incredible wildlife including wild deer. Brentwood Cathedral provides one of the town’s most prominent landmarks while the Gruffalo Trail provides the perfect activity to do as a family!

One described as “up and coming”, it’s fair to say Brixton has now established itself as one of the best places to go in South London. From the iconic Electric Avenue to the Ritzy Cinema, there are loads of attractions, not to mention a huge choice of cafes and restaurants. The area still celebrates its Caribbean roots and there is music playing regularly across Brixton Market along with the intoxicating aromas of the street food, as well as the indoor village of Pop Brixton.
