  • Do I need prior kayaking experience?
    No experience necessary! Your guide will introduce you to kayaking basics so you can relax and enjoy your time on the water.
  • What should I bring?
    Please bring swimwear (to wear under your wetsuit), a towel, and a change of clothes. All other equipment is provided.
  • Is it safe if I can't swim?
    You’ll wear a buoyancy aid at all times. Let your guide know about your comfort level with water—they’ll ensure everyone feels secure throughout the session.
  • What happens if there’s bad weather?
    If conditions are unsafe, your session will be cancelled with the option to rebook or receive a full refund.
  • Can children join?
    This activity welcomes children aged 8+, accompanied by an adult.

The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 30th November, 2025.
  • One per tow people.
  • May buy multiples as gifts.
  • Bookings need to be made 48 hours in advance.
  • Must provide full voucher code, names of participants & ages while booking.
  • Deal valid for 8 years+.
  • If you cancel your session with less than 7 days' notice, you will not receive a refund.
  • Merchant reserves the right to cancel sessions at any time without notice, eg safety reasons. If they have to cancel, they will always offer a full refund or exchange for an alternative date.
  • To run sessions, a minimum numbers are needed to make it feasible. Therefore, there is a cut-off period of 1 day before the event in which your session may be cancelled.
  • Must be able to swim to take part in the activity.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are valid for redemption for 30 days from purchase date.
